CP8-HL POLARTEC® High Loft Modular Cape Black

Description

A mid-layer like no other, CP8 can be worn as a shawl, or as a hood, on its own, or as a lining under a shell. All states play to the advantages of the equally technical and sensual POLARTEC® HIGH LOFT™ fabric, a semi-mesh fleece with remarkable thermal properties. It is cozy and elastic, yet also lightweight and compressible, making it ideal for use both when stationary, and when in motion. The key to CP8’s functionality is its unique boundary shape. Its 2-way zippered front edge is cut to be worn at both hood and shoulder height. Lateral cut-outs in the draped geometry allow arms to be revealed for activity, or concealed for warmth. Hand pockets and JacketSlingǽ are placed on the cape interior. Both Auxzipǽ ( F ) and ( M ) are featured for interior and exterior dock points. To wear as a liner under a shell; first don CP8 and close the centre front zip. Second, don the shell over CP8 by sliding your arms into the shell sleeves. Third, adjust the hem of the cape by pulling it down from under the shell as needed. Even if the interior garment is wider than the exterior garment, design and fabrication will allow it to compress in the front, effectively forming a vest. It is also possible to remove CP8 from underneath the shell (without doffing the shell) by pulling the cape (first the front, and then the back) up and out through the collar of the shell.
