Canted external detached entry organizer pocket with top-loading mezzanine for fast access, and side-loading zippered for security. Side positioned WR zips work as vents and allow access to first/mid layer pockets when worn as an overpant. Rapid adjust drawcord hem with lace hook tethers for shoe coverage in a downpour, and zippered gussets for silhouette and vehicle (bicycle) adaptability.
