The adidas Ultra Boost DNA Mid Patrick Mahomes is a shoe featuring a colorway inspired by the Texas high school Whitehouse High School designed by American football player Patrick Mahomes. This iteration of the adidas Ultra Boost DNA Mid is made with a Primeknit upper in a Maroon, White, and Black color scheme. The adidas three stripes cross each side in white, while a black semi-transparent film mudguard rounds out the forefoot. A black support appears around the heel with white Ultra Boost branding, while the heel contains a pull tab with Mahomes branding in Maroon. The tongue also bears a white adidas logo patch. The shoe has a white Boost midsole for cushioning and responsiveness, and a white rubber outsole. Our favorite thing about this shoe is the Primeknit material, particularly around the ankle, which gives the shoe a sock-like fit.
