The adidas NMD R1 Transmission Pack Active Red takes the beloved running shoe silhouette and dresses it in vibrant colors and eclectic design details to provide both a runner and a lifestyle shoe that pops. The Transmission Pack Active Red colorway of the adidas NMD R1 sports an upper crafted from a loosely woven bright knit. Both underlays and overlays in synthetic materials add structure to the shoe. A white stripe courses across the forefoot while a blue stripe races up the side panel. A molded TPU heel piece in black features adidas branding in white. Black laces dotted with white thread through black TPU eye stays. The white synthetic three stripes are just visible beneath the red knit on the side panel. What we enjoy most about this sneaker is the white Boost midsole designed for cushioning and energy return. adidas branding adorns the midsole and one of the synthetic plugs designed to enhance durability. Tying the shoe together is a black rubber outsole grooved and vented for traction and Boost expansion.
