Alden has been producing Made in USA footwear for well over a century now. An icon of American footwear, Alden was founded in 1884 by Charles H Alden in Massachusetts and remains there to this day. The 17831F Leisure Handsewn Loafer from Alden is one of their most popular and iconic styles. This slip on style is made from chromexcel leather sourced from the infamous Horween Leather Co Tannery in Chicago and features a fully goodyear welted leather sole. A versatile and beautifully constructed shoe that will be sure to last a lifetime, getting better with age. The Alden Leisure Handsewn Loafer is built on the Van last. The Van Last tends to run large so we suggest taking a half or full size down from your usual shoe size.
