This cotton knit cap features Batoner's "Signature" ribbed knit. Crafted using hand-picked Giza cotton yarns, Batoner uses a specialized “SiroSpun” ring-spinning machine to produce the yarns for their Signature Knit series. The SiroSpun method creates a high-tensile yarn that is stronger, smoother, and more uniform than conventional single-ply yarns. The resulting fabric resists sagging and pilling while maintaining a refined, sleek texture.
