Description

Functional elements and refined materials are the inspiration for this Mountain parka, designed for being active at high altitudes. The outerwear combines the retro feel of corduroy fabric with nylon inserts, for a balanced contrast of textures and style. The fabric is treated with an ultra-thin membrane which, together with the heat-sealed seams, thermo-taped details and lightweight Thermore® padding, provides warmth and protection from the elements. The garment is completed with an adjustable hood, underarm ventilation zippers, an elasticized powder skirt and numerous practical pockets. MATERIALS A classic menswear fabric, corduroy offers a soft, smooth texture, a contrast with the crisp, glossy hand of nylon. The addition of a thin bonded layer enhances protection from the elements without compromising breathability. The full nylon lining is paired with a Thermore® padding, a high-quality lightweight technical material, ensuring the perfect balance between warmth and lightness.
