- This original model by "Buzz Rickson's, is arranged as shorts based on the 1945 model of military chinos. The chino shorts are usually made with this style, "top-stitched seams" specifications, and have slanted front pockets, but the metal front button (with U.S. ARMY logo) and double-piping for the openings of the coin pocket and back pockets are rare even among vintage shorts. These shorts have a high-rise and relaxed silhouette.
