Description
- This TYPE G-3A bag is reproduced by "Buzz Rickson's". During World War II, the Type G-3A suit was adopted to reduce the G-forces experienced by pilots. The intense G-forces affected blood flow, causing blood to move from the brain to the lower body, which could lead to a blacked-out vision and, eventually, "G-LOC" (G-induced Loss of Consciousness). A suit was developed to tightly compress the body with cords, preventing blood from flowing to the extremities.
