Our Skull Penny Loafers are screen-printed with a rendition of Vincent Van Gogh’s ‘Head of a Skeleton with Burning Cigarette’ at the vamps. Set on 25mm soles, they’re made from panels of premium leather and have contrast stitching at the edges. They’re finished with rubber soles, cushioned in-socks and a comfortable leather lining.
