Inspired by the jackets issued to US servicemen in the 1940s, our fall/winter ’25 tanker jacket is designed to offer authentic military style for year-round layering. Unlike many of our “jungle cloth” fabrics, this 12oz whipcord is woven using sulphur-dyed yarns, meaning that over time, the jacket will fade and wear with vintage charm to complement the WWII-era cut. Of course, as with all our military jackets, this isn’t a strict reproduction piece, and we’ve given the classic design a typical Iron Heart overhaul. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage. - No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines Care Guidelines - We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
