Woven in Japan using Egyptian Giza cotton which is sourced from a fertile valley on the edge of the Nile river. Giza cotton is recognised for its long staple which results in a durable and smooth handle. Decka has gone that extra mile in this case, by mercerizing the fabric they have been able to not only add strength to the fibres but also allow for a strong impregnation of dye, resulting in a striking and long-lasting colour.
