Our take on the iconic Levi's 1955 501 jean, the 1955S has a high rise and tapers from the knee to the cuff. This version is made from our signature 21oz indigo selvedge denim. Whilst this is a relaxed, traditional cut, it is extremely flattering on many body types. Details - Made in Japan - Traditional straight cut - High rise - 21oz rope dyed indigo warp, natural weft Japanese selvedge denim - Woven with a double twisted weft yarn - Lined rear pockets - Button fly and hidden rivets - Belt loops sewn into the waistband - Poly/cotton constructional stitching - Selvedge side seams - Sanforized and one-washed - little to no shrinkage to be expected - The waist will stretch out approximately one inch with wear - Other dimensions will stretch proportionately to the waist - Model Alex wears tag 31, Giles wears tag 34 - Need a shorter length?
