Our "trucker" vest in our super heavy yet super soft 21oz indigo selvedge denim overdyed black. Based on a traditional Type III jacket modified with a slightly longer body and side handwarmer pockets. Iron Heart's first ever overdyed vest (what took us so long?) Made In Japan - Designed by Shinichi Haraki, handmade by WORKS INC. in Japan 21oz Japanese Selvedge Denim - Overdyed Black - 100% cotton - Woven with a double twisted weft yarn - Indigo rope-dyed warp / white weft - Right-hand twill weave - Post-construction, this garment is overdyed using black direct dye - This denim will fade with indigo-tinged hues through wear and washing Type III Vest - Cut & Features - Modified Type III Vest - Two chest pockets with button-down flaps - Hand warmer pockets, the construction of which creates two internal pockets Hardware & Construction - Iron Heart branded tack button fastenings - All felled seam construction - Taped arm openings Model Sizing Model Johnny wears Large Sanforized, One-Washed & Overdyed - Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction - To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. - Following this, a high-temperature overdyeing process removes any remaining potential shrinkage - This garment may fit slightly smaller than its non-overdyed counterpart. Please refer to our measurement charts carefully - No further shrinkage is expected if washed in accordance with our guidelines Care Guidelines - We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry
