Our classic Type III jacket, modified with a slightly longer than traditional body and with the addition of side handwarmer pockets, made from 21oz superblack Japanese denim, both the warp and the weft are reactive dyed, so there will be virtually no fading. Made In Japan - Designed by Shinichi Haraki, handmade by WORKS INC. in Japan 21oz Japanese Selvedge Superblack Denim - 100% cotton - Woven with a double twisted weft yarn - Black reactive-dyed warp and weft - Right-hand twill weave - Fade-resistant to ensure a steadfast colour Cut & Features - Inspired by the iconic Levi’s Type III trucker jacket - Slightly longer than traditional body length - Flap-down chest pockets - Handwarmer pockets, the construction of which creates two internal pockets - Dual hem cinches Hardware & Construction - Iron Heart branded tack button fastenings - Poly/cotton stitching - Single and double needle chainstitch construction - Internal felled seams Model Sizing Model Sam P wears L Sanforized & One-Washed - Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction - To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine. This process removes virtually all potential shrinkage. - No further shrinkage is expected when washed according to our care guidelines Care Guidelines - We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle.
