Description

Long sleeve quilted puffer jacket in printed polyester. Removable and reversible zippered sleeves allow the silhouette to be worn as a vest or jacket. This style features a stand collar, zip and snap closure at the front, welt pockets at the waist, internal zip pocket, and a bungee-style drawstring at the hem. Thermolite fill for superior warmth. 100% Polyester. Of everything in the Fall / Winter 22 collection, this piece speaks to season’s theme, “Throttle,” most directly, the title being based on the early era of forming John Elliott. Years ago, John worked with a two-person sampling room, where on the side flatheads and panheads were being tuned and restored. Denim Thumpers and Leather Rider’s Jackets have been in our lineage for years, so we took those archive pieces, scanned them, and printed them on polyester. It’s made in Japan, and functionally, it’s padded for warmth. Removable zippered sleeves allow the silhouette to be worn two ways, and hand-stitched lines follow the digital print, so it can fool you from afar, and that’s the novelty. It’s a wow piece that speaks to a time when choppers were being built next to John Elliott the brand, just prior to that first season.
