John Lofgren's 140 last runs large, we recommend sizing down one full size from your standard Brannock measurement. Consider a half size if you have a very wide foot or high instep.  In 1941 the khaki uniform was approved for officers in all branches of the US Navy, and the plain low quarter shoe became the standard for wear with the uniform.
