Continuing a theme explored with the Moncler Genuis AW20 collection, Jonathan Anderson reached into the JW Anderson archives to find inspiration for the SS21 edition of Moncler Genuis. Silhouettes first seen in the JW Anderson Resort 2014 collection are rediscovered and reinterpreted with quilted fabrics — a reference to Moncler’s heritage and to a vintage quilt from Jonathan’s home. Notions of Britishness also appear, with sail and sailing inspired fabrics and stitching.
