The New Balance 991 Anniversary XLD was released as a result of New Balance and Patta joining forces. It features premium pigskin suede overlays that go along with a porous meshed base dressed in a grey shade. It’s then accented with a dark grey hue around the collar and at the bottom of the heel unit. Adding to the design of the shoe is a stitchery of the model’s launch year atop an oval-shaped reflective panel and the N logo boldly printed on the side panels and the tongue. Completing the sneakers look is the ABZORB cushioned midsole.
