While the vamp of the Nike Air VaporMax Plus features a textile Game Royal material, it has subtle molds and reflective strips at the center. The fluorescent detailing proceeds the full length of the tongue, which has a black tag with "AIR VAPORMAX PLUS" printed in Wolf Grey alongside a blue Swoosh. On the sidewalls, Racer Blue TPU strands rise from the sole to cover the neoprene underlay in a wavy pattern. The heel is adorned by Swooshes on the lateral and medial sides.
