Presenting the Double RL x Zefren-M capsule, the second collaboration of the Ralph Lauren Artist in Residence program, reflecting our evolved design approach with the artisans and communities that inspire us. The capsule celebrates and honors Navajo tradition, craft, and culture with designs that merge the old and new. Zefren-M is a multidisciplinary artist, historian, and LGBTQIA+ advocate from the Navajo Nation whose work blends ancient techniques with forward-thinking technology to tell the story of the Navajo (Dine) people. Featuring a pattern based on one of Zefren-M’s handwoven pieces, this sweater jacket is made using a double-knit jacquard technique with a blend that includes linen, wool, cotton, and tussah silk. DETAILS - Size medium has a 25.75" back body length, an 18.25" shoulder, a 43.25" chest, and a 25" sleeve length. - Straight collar. Buttoned placket. Genuine horn buttons. - Long sleeves with rib-knit cuffs. - Two front waist buttoned pockets. - Rib-knit hem. Twill reinforcements at the interior. - Shell: 41% linen, 39% wool, 14% cotton, 6% tussah silk, Cuffs and hem: 41% linen, 32% wool, 15% cotton, 6% tussah silk, 5% nylon, 1% elastane.
