Beginning with a star-shaped cross-section Japanese polyester/polyamide substrate, garments in David-TC are sewn and then simultaneously garment dyed and treated with an anti-drop agent. During the dye process, under pressure at 130°C, the fabric undergoes heat-induced compression, radically transforming its texture and construction for a truly unique tactile effect. The garment is engineered to be then padded with an inner layer of PrimaLoft® P.U.R.E™, an exclusive 100% recycled blend of ultra-small diameter fibers resulting in superior thermal performance. It delivers the highest warmth-to-weight ratio of all synthetic insulations. STYLE Collar with sliding chinstrap and button fastening. Slanting hand pockets with snap fastening.
