FABRIC RESEARCH AND TREATMENT SOFT SHELL-R_e.dye® TECHNOLOGY IN RECYCLED POLYESTER: Six-panel cap made of a 3-ply performance material with an 8000 mm water column. The 100% recycled polyester stretch canvas outer face is woven with yarns using the e.dye® Waterless Color System™ technology, the innovative yarn color saturation system which reduces the use of water by 85% and chemicals by 90% in the dye process. The fabric is laminated to a breathable, wind- and water-resistant inner membrane, protected by a polyester fleece backing layer. The material structure gives great flexibility and comfort.
