FABRIC RESEARCH AND TREATMENT BIO-BASED RIPSTOP NYLON: Vest made of an innovative Japanese 12 denier ripstop nylon composed of 60% bio-based polymers, derived from the processing of castor beans and 40% traditional nylon. It also uses a solvent-free polyurethane coating and a perfluorocarbon-free anti-drop agent. The garment is padded through direct injection with the best feathers.
