G06E1 DISSOLVING GRID CAMO ON ECONYL® REGENERATED NYLON WITH PRIMALOFT® INSULATION TECHNOLOGY ECRU
FABRIC RESEARCH AND TREATMENT DISSOLVING GRID CAMO ON ECONYL® REGENERATED NYLON WITH PRIMALOFT® INSULATION TECHNOLOGY Vest in a nylon canvas garment made with a trilobate structure sheen ECONYL® regenerated yarns. The pre-and post-consumer, end-of-life nylon is recycled with a complex depolymerization process to create this fiber that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon from raw fossil materials. The digital print of an original camouflage created by Stone Island by artfully dirtying parts of a mesh support is partially enhanced by an embossed effect motif further emphasized by the garment dyeing. It undergoes an elaborate dual-color formula overdyeing process. The garment is padded with a layer of PrimaLoft®-TC, an exclusive blend of insulating 70% recycled fibers, engineered by STONE ISLAND to withstand the high temperatures of the garment dyeing procedures without compromising loft or insulating properties. A special PFC-free anti-drop agent is added to the elaborate dual-color formula overdyeing process COMPOSITION GARMENT: 100% Polyamide / Nylon GARMENT DETAILS: 100% Polyamide / Nylon LINING: 100% Polyamide / Nylon COATING: 100% Polyurethanic resin GARMENT PADDING: 100% Polyester
