FABRIC RESEARCH AND TREATMENT NYLON METAL IN ECONYL® REGENERATED NYLON DOWN: Down vest in Nylon Metal, a material with a metallic and iridescent look when garment dyed. The evolution of this iconic STONE ISLAND fabric sees the use of ECONYL® regenerated yarns. The pre-and post-consumer, end-of-life nylon is recycled with a complex depolymerization process to create this fiber that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon from raw fossil materials. The piece is padded with the finest feathers specifically treated to withstand the garment dyeing procedure. Garment dyed with a double color recipe, with the addition of a special PFC-free anti-drop agent. STYLE Round neckline. Small standing chest pocket with snap fastening hidden under nylon tape. The quilting motif on back is taken from the Stone Island star. In-seam hand pockets with hidden zipper fastening in the color of the dye bath. Stone Island badge on the left bottom side. Velcro tabs fastening.
