FABRIC RESEARCH AND TREATMENT POLY STRATA ICE JACKET DOWN: Vest made of a two-layer bonded polyurethane. The outer layer is thermosensitive thanks to the presence of reactive pigments. The molecules of the pigments, micro-encapsulated in the material, change the chromatic appearance of the garment according to the temperature. The different parts of the garment are assembled through ultrasonic stitching reinforced with internal taping. The garment is padded through direct injection with premium feathers. The down channels are made by ultrasonically gluing the nylon lining directly to the outer polyurethane. RDS - Responsible Down Standard certified.
