- This original denim is made from sugar cane, the brand name. Bagasse, the fibrous material left over after sugar cane, is refined, blended with cotton, and woven into denim. This denim, created by recycling sugar cane, has antibacterial, deodorizing, and anti-static properties due to the amino acid effect contained in sugar cane. The yarns for this "Sugar cane fiber Ryukyu natural indigo-blended left-hand twill 14 oz. jeans" are dyed by synthesizing Ryukyu natural indigo from Okinawa and indigo. The denim has a dark indigo color with a reddish texture. The label is a python leather patch with the logo in Japanese lacquer. Selvedged cloth with a Sashiko pattern is used for the pocket bags.
