The Supreme GORE-TEX Taped Seam Shell Jacket Kermit The Frog is a waterproof zip-up hooded jacket in three-layer GORE-TEX poly with waterproof zippers. The fabric is a photo printed in black and green wildlife print with an image of the iconic Muppet character Kermit the Frog playing banjo on the back. Supreme branding is embroidered on the neck guard, cuffs, and hood and printed on the sleeve. Cult skateboarding and streetwear brand Supreme has always been known for the varied inspirations that inform their designs, from fine art to beloved characters. Hearkening back to a Muppet collaboration from 2008, Kermit the Frog returns to Supreme in 2024, an apropos pairing given the Shell Jacket’s waterproof functionality. In our opinion, the best feature of the Shell Jacket is that its imagery places Kermit in the context of the outdoors.
