The Lot. 303 Coverall Jacket draws its inspiration from an unbranded American coverall discovered in a coal mine, dating back to the 1910s. After over a century, this utilitarian piece has been reimagined through T.T.’s fascination with rare vintage garments, adding it into Takahashi’s collection with a fresh perspective. This season’s rendition features a revival of TWEEDUROY-- a corduroy printed to mimic the look of wool tweed. Originally developed by the Hockmeyer Company in Massachusetts, the fabric was first used for boys’ clothing and school uniforms, offering durability with the appearance of luxury, before eventually being adopted in adult garments.
