This Timberland® Field Boot was designed by the CNSTNT: DVLPMNT team of mentors that inspire and encourage the next generation of designers. Featuring waterproof Premium Timberland® leather and TimberDry™ technology made from at least 50% recycled plastic, the distinctive black upper and mint glow-in-the-dark outsole combine in tribute to the “glow” of creativity inside young talent just waiting to step forward. As part of this project, Timberland will donate $150,000 to advance CNSTNT.DVLPMNT’s efforts to educate young designers on future career opportunities.​ Features Anti-Fatigue Technology A comfort system, adopted from Timberland PRO, designed with shock-absorbing, geometrical technology that returns energy back to the foot to deliver all-day support and comfort.
