- This flannel shirt with chinstrap is a faithful reproduction by "WAREHOUSE" based on pre-1950s vintage shirts. It is woven on an old-fashioned power loom so as not to lose the gentle texture of uneven yarns. It has triangular gussets with selvedge on both sides of the hem. It is a time-consuming fabric, requiring the constant attendance of a skilled person to manage yarn breakage and adjust the tension of the yarn. Therefore, the fluffy and thick fabric made by an old-fashioned power loom is ideal for flannel shirts, and the texture will become richer with wearing. Also, WAREHOUSE uses different types of buttons depending on the pattern, and this shirt uses plain-type buttons, which are also faithfully reproduced based on vintage shirts.
