With the S-Gendo Run, Y-3 introduces a daring new silhouette built by merging advanced midsole technologies of the latest adidas running models with the aesthetic of heritage adidas sneakers. The result is futuristic, but the comfort keeps you grounded in the present — with both innovative Lightstrike technology and a Pebax® plate (incorporating a poured-in EVA element) to take comfortability to the highest levels. The fully hollow plate plays with the idea of negative space and elevation — a Japanese concept in which empty space creates deeper meaning and shape. Breathable mesh, suede and leather come together on the upper. A Y-3 logo on the tongue and Yohji's signature on the heel provide the signoff.
