Founded in 2012 by Alex Drexler, Alex Mill began with a simple mission: create the perfect shirt through exceptional fabrics, craftsmanship, and precise tailoring. The New York–based brand quickly gained a cult following from its small Elizabeth Street shop. In 2019, Alex joined forces with his father, retail legend Millard “Mickey” Drexler (former CEO of Gap and J.Crew), and designer Somsack Sikhounmuong, former Creative Director of J.Crew and Madewell. Together, they expanded Alex Mill into a modern essentials brand, focused on timeless style, thoughtful details, and versatile pieces designed to build a well-curated everyday wardrobe.
