Description

Iceland is at the heart of the Season Two collection with Charlie Constantinou, a finalist for the LVMH prize. Charlie specializes in technical fabrics and dyeing processes, seamlessly combining functionality with fashion while fusing 66°North's 100-year old heritage with his distinctive techniques. With a strong emphasis on circularity in the design process, the collection utilizes deadstock fabric Charlie hand picked from 66°North’s owned factory in Saldus, Latvia. This quilt jacket is one of the highlights of the collection, crafted through a unique and highly sustainable mineral dye process. The eco-friendly method uses clays, rocks, and natural elements, taking 3-4 days to complete a single piece. Each compartment of the jacket is filled with down for warmth. It features a two-way zipper with custom 66°North and CC logo pullers, along with two side pockets also showcasing logo pullers. The jacket includes a removable hood, fastened with metal snaps. The body panels are sewn together with highly elastic thread, giving the jacket exceptional stretch and comfort. DETAILS AND CARE Repairs for life.
