Description

This carefree, all-weather bomber jacket is a softer take on the L-2B design. An update to our L-2B Cotton Bomber, Gen II features an onion quilted lining with 100% nylon. The original L-2B flight jacket was first created in the 1950s as a more lightweight alternative to the MA-1 and L-2A jackets issued to the US Air Force. The L-2B was designed for moderate temperatures of 42-65 degrees Fahrenheit, making it the perfect outer layer for most seasons. DETAILS The L-2B Mod Gen II broadens your spring style options with a reversible shell, creating two jackets in one. Made with water resistant flight nylon, this update to the classic L-2B is a simple yet effective addition to our spring wardrobe. FEATURES - Reversible - Alpha Industries tonal embroidery on the reverse side - Utility sleeve pocket on the reverse side - MAJOR UPDATE FROM GEN I (L-2B LOOSE): Flight nylon on reverse side not nylon twill, double side knit rib, sleeve pocket on reverse side as well, functional welt pocket on reverse side.
