The farms have been established on land unsuitable for food crops or grazing. - Lyocell is made of eucalyptus or bamboo trees that don’t require irrigation or pesticides and grow fast. - Lyocell fiber production itself is more environmentally friendly than cotton due to its closed-loop process.
