Traditional floral motifs meet refined crochet designs in this special Marine Flower Crochet OPERA skirt. The entirely handmade crochet technique creates interplays of full and empty spaces inspired by classic lace, reproducing the shape of an imaginary marine flower with an ethereal and precious effect. It takes approximately 33 hours of work to make a single garment: every component is hand crocheted; afterwards, all of the pieces are hand assembled by artisans whose expertise makes it possible to give each creation unique, one-of-a-kind characteristics. MATERIALS To make every single component of the garment, a number of different iconic yarns are hand crocheted together: linen threads with Dazzling cotton threads, Soft Piuma cotton threads, slubbed silk and linen threads, malfilé cotton threads and techno rafia threads.
