Lovely hand-placed ostrich feather embroidery cascades from thin at the skirt to the full at the hem. An adjustable elastic band holds the bra-like bust securely in place while thin straps go over the shoulders and frame the open back. Silky bright-hued satin fabric is lined in polyester and drapes down from the bust in thoughtful cutouts that flatter the small of the waist. The skirt sits on the hips.
