Reminiscent of the plisse fortuny popular in the 1920s, this skirt is crafted from plisse georgette. Made in Italy, and hand-pleated by artisans, the fabric receives a crinkled, crepe-like effect that’s almost elastic. In vibrant red, the mid-length design has a layered crinoline hem.
