Description
This tailored jacket has a unique design that challenges the notion of the “interior” and “exterior” of a garment, allowing either side to be worn as the exterior. The lining, which is usually a supporting element, is designed in the form of a shirt, subtly marked with small ISSEY MIYAKE logos. When worn, it appears as though a shirt is layered under the jacket. While it may seem like a classic jacket at first glance, this playful piece can be styled in many ways, such as rolling up the sleeves to reveal the striped lining on the sleeve underside, or wearing it inside out to create the illusion of wearing a shirt on your back.
