Each is plated with 18-karat gold and finished with an alligator clip for secure placement in the hair, and can be layered with multiple sets worn at once, and mixed with our Collette Hair Clips set of two. Dimensions: Large clip: 1 7/8 inch length, 1 1/2 inch width Small clip: 1 1/8 inch length, 1 1/8 inch width Material The Papillion Hair Clips are a set of two and made by hand in New York of 18K gold plated brass with French steel clip closures. We recommend treating these barrettes as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
