A structured beret model, the Emily hat is defined by its sloped, flat crown. It’s made from strips of Buffalo leather – each of different widths – and tied with cotton threads. The resulting fabric has an intricate, three-dimensional striped pattern evocative of the elegant weave of traditional Japanese Tatamis cloths.
