These jeans are made from denim consisting of 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled cotton. Environmentally a pretty sweet denim. And aesthetically it is just as sweet - it has a clear blue hue, a rich hand, and a lovely surface structure that showcases clear, diagonal, twill-lines. Washed, as is the case for these mid-blue jeans, the denim shows of its best sides - a salt 'n pepper graininess coupled with an ever so slight marbling effect. Where abrasions have been applied the surface is flatter and the twill-lines the most pronounced. A combination of structures that is stunningly lively. All things added up these jeans possess many of the aspects that we believe go into great jeans, organic cotton, recycled cotton, and a vintage-like, worn-in, wash.
