Presented in crystalline form, rosin is used by dancers to avoid slipping on the floor. It is crushed in a container specifically designed for this purpose. Directions for use: - Place the rosin on the outer sole of the shoes (ballet and pointe) and the toe platform. - To ensure that the shoe stays on the foot properly, it is advisable to put a little rosin on the heel of the foot. - On stage, spread the rosin on the pointes to reduce shine and match the colour of the shoe to the tights.
