Istanbul-based Siedres is among the most fun purveyors of Y2K fashion, serving hypnotic multicolored prints across silhouettes that are equal parts comfy and cool—with no shortage of skin. Made just for us, the 'Raye' dress is cut on the bias from fluid crepe to a fitted silhouette with a wrap-around halter neck.
