Our first unisex own-line sunglasses, Type 1 reinterprets the classic D-frame silhouette with a considered, contemporary sensibility. Slim tapered temples, custom concave rivets and a discreet stacked logo define the frame, while Shoji-inspired grip etching and adjustable titanium nose pads ensure a secure, comfortable fit. Each pair is handcrafted in Japan from bio-circular acetate, a biodegradable material made using recycled and plant-based components, and finished with mineral glass lenses for exceptional clarity and scratch resistance.
