Description
The Sky Rocket. Cut from dazzling golden pink metallic silk-lamé, The Sky Rocket dress features a fitted bodice and a street-sweeping flared skirt. Chevron bodice seaming, long line puff sleeves. Gathered frills adorn the neck and sleeve edges and embellish the skirt in a tiered chevron design. Centre back concealed zip closure. Lined with gold threaded silk chiffon. Length measures 117 cm from waist to hem. Upper: 56% wool, 22% polyester, 22% silk Lining: 85% silk, 15% polyester This very fine quality silk lamé is fragile and should be worn with care. The delicate silk threads achieve a beautiful depth of colour and texture but result in lamé that is easily snagged. We recommend that after each wear any loose threads should be carefully trimmed. The raw edged hem will fray with wear and is part of the design aesthetic.
