CARE INSTRUCTIONS Satin care This item is hand crafted using satin which is a very delicate fabric. Satin materials wear out with use and this is not a manufacturing defect, it is simply normal wear and tear. Zimmermann strongly recommends that our customers consult a professional in leather care Or a shoemaker for specific care advice. In order to keep your shoes in good condition, the following general fabric care is recommended. Please use a protective spray as directed 24-48 hours before the first wear and in this same time frame for every single use to maximize the protection. The regular use of this spray will create a protective layer and will likely prevent stains and dirt from penetrating the fabric. Avoid wearing these shoes in wet weather, or storing around moisture. Please be sure to store properly in a dust bag in a dry area in between wears. In case dust gathers dust them off gently with a dry cloth or a nylon stocking and be careful to not rub the dust into the fabric. Always check the garment care card for specific care instructions.
