The Scout Boot references Viberg's #45 Hunter Boot, which dates back to the 1950's as an industrial work boot. The Scout, a new, shortened Hunter for the urban environment, was built for the Japanese market in 2010, featuring a pull loop, backstay, and essential soft sole. Kangaroo leather is known for its incredible tensile strength and excellent durability, and thus longevity, while simultenously being lightweight, forgiving, and very comfortable. This Kangaroo leather from Maryam Conceria out of Italy features some of the most resistant fibres of any leather, while still maintaining a soft and pliable feel.
